A new enterprise starts up in the beginning of March 2006. It was developed under the name of Forcadell Apartments, from the renovation and restoring of the Suipacha & Tucuman building in the heart of Buenos Aires city. This building has been functionally organized in excellent units, yet keeping the building’s original style and its classic and historical fachade.
The architect Diego Rosas project has been carried out by Forcadell Argentina S.A., Real State International Advisors. The exclusive decoration of the apartments and lofts were entrusted to Gianni Berelli designer.
