Tour Iguazu Falls and enjoy Argentina´s traditional culture at our lovely Yacutinga Jungle Lodge. Discover the incredible biodiversity of Argentina´s northwestern wilderness refuge and enjoy an afternoon river kayak trip and a night-time guided walk through the forest in search of wildlife. With sumptuous local cuisine and serene ubication, you will be sad to leave the jungle lodge, however, as you tour Iguazu Falls´ impressive waterfalls and feel the mist from the stunning Garganta del Diablo, you will surely be impressed! We offer daily flights from Buenos Aires to Iguazu and all private transfers.
Departures Every Day
Upon arrival, you will be taken to the meeting point in order to take you to Yacutinga Lodge, regular service. At 14.30 PM Transportation from Puerto Iguazú- Raíces Argentinas - in modern vans travelling through Urugua-I Provincial Park and rural areas of Yerba mate plantations. Arrival at the Lodge. The guide will explain the activities. Dinner included.
Breakfast and activities during morning. Lunch included. Free time to walk along the several self-guided interpretation trails or simply to enjoy the facilities of the Lodge (swimming pool, hummingbird Project, etc.) Interpretative walks in the afternoon, conducted by expert guides who provide good information on the several natural environments, their Flora and Fauna. Back to the Lodge. Dinner included. Night activity, The Forest at night.
Breakfast and free time to explore some of our self-guided interpretation trails, or simply enjoy the Lodge area. Return to Iguazú port by land at mid-morning. Arrival estimated at 1:00 p.m. Arrive Puerto Iguazu, you will be take to the selected hotel in Puerto Iguazu.
After breakfast you will depart on a full day tour to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls where you will have intimate views of this unforgettable section of the Iguazu River. Lower and upper walkways permit up close and personal experiences with this magnificent spectacle of nature. Trails through the 210 square mile reserve provide visitors with various views of the Falls, especially the largest one, Devil's Throat. The ecological train ride is included in the tour with an option to add the Safari Nautico boat trip ( for an additional cost ). The Iguazu boat trips takes you right up to the base of the Falls. This exciting excursion is highly recommended in order to experience the true power of Iguazu Falls. ( Please be aware- on the boat trip there is a 100% chance that you will get wet...the Falls provide a refreshing “natural shower”. Be sure to take some extra clothes if you want to do this excursion). Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Regular service.
After breakfast half day excursion to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls where you will enjoy vast panoramic views of the Falls allowing you to take them in in their entirety. At appropriate time in the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport or bus terminal. Today, you can choose to extent your travels purchasing any of our available offers in Brazil, Patagonia or the Andes area. Or just go back to Buenos Aires.
