Andes Airlines was a fine way to travel, Huica provided great services and we were very pleased with Posada Madryn. We've recommended you to our daughter and son-in-law who will be in Buenos Aires for the next two years. We hope to return to visit them next year and use your services again.

Gracias por tu correo, recién llegué a Medellín y estaba a punto de escribirte para darte las gracias por tus servicios y por el magnífico paquete que adquirí con ustedes. No hubo un solo problema, todo se cumplió según el itinerario, inclusive los vuelos con Austral fueron muy cumplidos.
Nos recibieron en los dos sitios a donde llegué muy cumplidamente, nos atendieron muy amablemente y el alojamiento tanto como los tures fueron excelentes. Quiero resaltar el hotel de El Calafate, limpio, elegante, bien situado, magnífica presentación y atenciones. Tanto mi señora como yo estamos muy bien impresionados de tu país y de sus gentes, hemos tenido unas muy buenas vacaciones y esperamos volver para conocer Bariloche, Córdoba y Mendoza en otra oportunidad.

the trip was fantastic, many thanks for organising it. I don't really have any comments other than positive ones: the guides were great, all the transport worked out well, as did the hotel and we had a great time seeing the whales. The stopoff in Trelew dinosaur museum was a bit short, but otherwise fantastic.

Es una lástima responderte tan tarde después de tantos días del viaje. Pero lo mejor es que en perspectiva las cosas toman su tamaño real.
De los servicios de Say Hueque no tengo más que buenos recuerdos y comentarios. Los mejores, para ser exactos. La puntualidad de los tours y de quienes nos debían recoger fue excelente. Las acomodaciones resultaron justas para los presupuestos. Me gustaría destacar, sí, la Sorgente en Puerto Iguazú: limpia, bonita, deliciosa la comida del restaurante, en fin, que me pareció un lugar muy recomendable, aun para quien pueda pagar mucho más.
Los guías y los conductores amables, puntuales y con buena información, que es lo que uno realmente necesita. Total que sólo me resta felicitarlos pues nos hicieron fácil la estadía y nos permitieron pasarla muy bien.
Incluso ya he recomendado a Say Hueque a otros amigos que andan en esos planes de ir a Argentina.
Y a vos Julia, pues decirte que tu ayuda fue inmensa, siempre oportuna y muy ágil. ¡Un abrazo grande por tu calidad en la atención y por tu profesionalismo!.
Sólo me vine con una molestia; me traje de nuevo los dulces colombianos que te llevaba. Le pregunté dos veces a quienes nos recogieron en el aeropuerto y en el hotel que si con ellos te los podía hacer llegar y me dijeron que realmente solo eran terceros.
Total, aquí vinieron a dar de nuevo los Juan Valdés. Ojalá algún otro día lo pueda remediar, porque espero regresar muchas veces a tu país.

We enjoyed a lot our trip in Argentina last august. Below are our comments regarding the services booked with Say Hueque:
- Castelar Hotel in BA: very well located and well-renovated rooms, free access to internet, nice breakfast. Very good grade.
- All transfers from hotel to airport/station were very fine, drivers have always been on time and cars were comfortable.
- City tour, estancia tour, tiger and delta tour: we were disappointed because it took one hour to pick up all the people in the various hotels for each tour, without any explanation from the guide or the driver. Then the tours were OK but the guides not that friendly. We have particularly enjoyed the cruise on the delta but the fruit market was closed as it was monday morning.
- Dinner and tango show: really great, very good value, we had a really good time.
- Colonial hotel in Salta: very well located and beautiful building outside but rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom was especially disappointed. Moreover, it was really noisy at night. However, free access to internet was a plus.
- All the tours in Salta region: really really great, very friendly and interesting guides. We have enjoyed being in small groups (maximum 6 people). However, we would recommend to stay the night over in Pumamarca instead of going back to Salta after the first day tour. We really recommend this travel agency.
- La Chacra hotel: very friendly people although we couldn't speak spanish with them ! very nice place and food.
- We were a little bit frightened by the driving from Posadas to La Chacra and from La Chacra to Iguazu the following day.
- Carmen hotel: comfortable but a bit crowded, far from the city centre (but easy to pick up a taxi in front of the hotel).
- Tour to Argentina falls: we have regreted to book this tour afterwards as it was really easy to go there by ourselves with a taxi and to visit the falls on our own. The guide did not give any explanation on the site and was unuseful. Moreover, we were a group of 40 people with old people walking very slowly and we spent a long time to wait for each over during all the day. We would recommend to visit this park on your own or with a private guide. - Tour to Brazilian fall: completely different as it was a private tour, friendly guide and well-organized. Overall, we have appreciated the reliability of Say Hueque and yourself as you were always prompt to reply to our answers or requests. The total price for all the services booked was very reasonable. We have highly recommended to go for holiday to Argentina to all our friends.
