My wife and I just returned from our six week trip to Argentina and Brazil. We can't say enough about the great itinerary you put together for us in Iguazu Falls. Although we had an amazing time throughout our journey, Iguazu Falls was the highlight.

The local tour company you contract with did an outstanding job maximizing our experience. They were prompt, efficient, and of course knowledgeable. There was a minor problem with our Brazilian visa apparently due to a exit stamp missing from our last trip, and Sergio was able to clear the matter up, probably due to his relationship with Brazilian Customs. The hotel, Falls Galli, was perfect. The Super Cama bus was without a doubt one of the most travel memorable experiences we have ever had. First class all the way.

We did have one incident which could have been a major problem, but fortunately was not. We were waiting at Retiro Bus Terminal for our bus, carefully watching the board for platform numbers. The board displays destinations, times and company names. Via Bariloche, the bus company we were looking for never appeared on the board, but rather Expreso Tigre, apparently an affiliated company. We came within minutes of missing the bus because of this.

I simply cannot find the words to tell you how much we appreciated all your work to make us the perfect trip to Iguazu.  Everything was just as we had hoped.  I knew when the bus left precisely to the minute on schedule and shortly when the attendant brought dB&B/Inner, he sat a nice vegetarian dB&B/Inner in my lap; I realized all the details had been covered!

Truly Via Baraloche, the work of the tour company in Iguazu, the hotel, and the Lan Argentina flight simply could not have been more professional.  The falls themselves were more spectacular than we had thought they might be, as well.

I know I asked for you to do a lot of details, etc., and I so appreciate it.  During the next year, I hope to go to Cordoba and perhaps Ushuaia and I hope you'll help me again!  So a sincere thank you and wish for the happy holidays to you and your family.

Dear Mariano,

We had a really wonderful holiday, and enjoyed every minute of it.  We felt the hotels that had been chosen were excellent and we got really pleasant service.  We were very appreciative of being picked up everywhere on time, particularly in the heat and cold!  All the guides were friendly and informative, and we realized how important this is to understand the area.  As we never go on guided tours in the UK, perhaps they are informative here, but I doubt it!  The only little hiccoughs we had was when the odd taxi driver didn't speak enough English to explain that we had to sign the odd immigration forms!!  But we made do with other people’s suggestions, James' school boy Spanish and my non verbal communication!  It really is the most glorious country physically, if not socially!  So thank you very much for organizing the trip.  If you do included trips, say to Chile can you let me know.

Hi Mariano, As promised, an update on the trip to Argentina.  Sorry about the rather short reply before – it has been a hectic week, during which I have barely had time to draw breath. As I mentioned in my brief email before, everything went fine. 
All the bits happened as they were supposed to – people turned up to collect me when expected, hotels recognized my booking, tours covered the items they were meant to.  If nothing else, that is the minimum anyone I ask for, and it was delivered. But it was much better than that.  It was a fantastic trip and more than exceeded expectations.  Iguazu Falls were amazing, absolutely outstanding. Although I have been away for about four weeks, those couple of days at Iguazu were an absolute highlight.
Thank you very much for organizing this for me. I was impressed with the efficiency and reliability of you and your organization.  You suggested an excellent trip, responded to my queries promptly, kept me informed as to what was going on and ultimately delivered exactly what you promised.  And all the time in a cheerful, friendly manner.  I would have no hesitation recommending you to anyone else wishing to make a trip to Argentina.

I have a few minutes left here at the internet cafe and wanted to just quickly let you know that Esther and I had a wonderful time hiking the Inka Trail. What an experience. I am so glad we were able to do the real thing and didn't go for an alternative trip although I don't doubt for a moment that they aren't wonderful as well.

sorry that I am writing so late. The journey was great, very well organized. The only bad thing was that the guys in Bariloche forgot to put me on the list for the trip to Tronador on that Thursday. But anyway, I did the trip on Friday, and owner/staff in all hostels were extremely helpful and friendly. As soon as I have any travel plans for South America, I’ll contact you. Hi Mariano,

I think Bolivia is a place for travellers who can be a little bit more flexible with their time. Anyway, I have to say the journey from Uyuni to Tupiza and a little beyond went through some of the most spectacular scenery I have ever seen, and I am glad that I had a chance to see it by day.
Anyway, thank you for all your organisation.  Everything was arranged extremely well, and I have had a great time visiting your country (and surrounds).

Im back in the UK now but i must say i thank to you i had a fantastic time in south america!!
Everything was organised really well (except of that one transfer). This was my first time in Argentina but certainly not my last! I'd recommend for everybody who wants to go to learn a bit of spanish though as there are some places where nobody speaks any english!

I cannot thank you enough for your incredible help from even BEFORE my trip . I had a thousand questions and booked my trip less than a week prior to leaving Canada.  Marcos was  incredibly patient and helpful  in answering every single one  and even calling  me at work .  Not only that ,  but  all my travel vouchers were waiting   for me at the hostel .  He  organized evrything beautifully for a solo   female   traveller and even helped me prganize my flights.  I travel a lot,  and most travel agencies do not half as much as  this . Thanks  for making my trip  wonderful!!!
