From Buenos Aires´ tango shows and Perito Moreno Glacier to southern Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego, live life to the fullest in Argentina for a taste of true adventure!

Day 1 – Your Adventure in Argentina, starts in Buenos Aires

Welcome to Argentina!
Capital of Argentina and described as the Paris of South America, Buenos Aires proudly embraces this title, as well as shows off plenty of its own culture! Explore the traditional European architecture, the cobbled streets lined with rustic outdoor cafes, the local antique and artisanal markets that offer plenty of bargain shopping, and the mouthwatering aroma of prized Argentine beef sizzling on an open “parrilla” (barbeque) in the air. Buenos Aires is home to some excellent local designers and you will certainly find the perfect leather jacket, long leather boots and handbags for all occasions. Though above all, Buenos Aires is known as the home of the tango. Be sure to enjoy a traditional dinner-tango show and explore the colorful San Telmo and Recoleta neighborhoods.

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires you will be met at the airport and have a transfer in private to your hotel.

You will have the rest of the day to enjoy this vibrant city, leaving you the remainder of the day to explore the historic neighborhoods and enjoy the cafe culture of Buenos Aires.

Duration: 4-5 hours

In the evening you will be picked up from your hotel to be driven to one of Buenos Aires’ most emblematic cultural highlight’s; a Dinner and Tango Show offering a spectacular demonstration of the finest local dancing accompanied by delicious Argentine cuisine and all the malbec you’d like.

Further along you will arrive at Caleta Valdes, a large natural creek that is home to a colony of sea elephants. After admiring Caleta Valdes you’ll continue along the road as it drops suddenly down into a crescent of golden cliffs overlooking a bright blue bay and the small village of Puerto Piramides. Here herds of southern right whales tend to arrive in June.

You will take a boat trip around the Golfo Nuevo bay and watch these immense creatures gliding past. The peninsula navigation allows you to get unusually close to the whales. You will even get wet if they jump!

While the whales may be seen from late June to mid-December, the sea elephants and sea lions are permanent residents. Following your tour you will return to your hotel in Puerto Madryn.

Duration: 9-10 hours

*Note: If you would like a truly unique experience in Puerto Madryn, we highly recommend snorkeling with sea lions. It is a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

You will have the opportunity to see how they feed their babies, defend their territory, build their nests, and of course watch their characteristic comedic waddle in and out of the sea. You will then return to your hotel in Puerto Madryn just in time to enjoy the sunset.

A BIG THANK YOU

Dear Silvia,

Just feel like letting you know what an awesome time we have had in Argentina and Antarctica. A BIG THANK YOU for the organising of everything. This includes you staff, Marcella and Una, whom we met and others behind the scene.
Seldom have I found everything so punctually. NOT once was anyone late. The tours were wonderful as was the Dinner/Tango evening. We also managed to visit o the Evita Museum and did a tour in the Opera House, what a beautiful place. Visited the old Theater which is now a bookshop, also very interesting. Then the Botanical Gardens and Rose Garden in full bloom.

Also glad we kept to the hotel in Ushuaia as it was very central for us. The park in Ushuaia was a welcome change from the 3 weeks on the ship and very interesting. The walks did us good on the most beautiful spring day so far. (we were told)
Hotels were clean and staff very pleasant everywhere.

If it comes about, I will recommend you for ideas, service, booking etc.

To finish, once again many thanks for everything.

Warmest regards,

Margret Jansen

For sure we will suggest your Company to eventual person who intend to travel to Argentina. Thanks for your support and for all the information you gave us during our trip.

Dear Patty
as per your request, please find our comments.

We found Say Hueque looking in internet when we decided our trip to Argentina. We have choosen your company becouse of best offer/prices and good information we found .

Generally the organization has been good but we would like to point out the following:
- The hotel in Ushuaia was too far from the center and we were obliged to take taxi.
- Two days with canoeing was too much, in fact the second day we prefered to walk .
- The hotel in Calafate was not good: room too small - the safety box did not work and they did not fix it - after 3 days they did not change the towels - the breakfast was very minimal .
- when we arrived at the Trelew airport, there was not the pick up to the hotel.
- your program on the 2nd february was: Puerto Madryn hotel/Punta Tombo/Puerto Madryn/ Trelew airport. In order to avoid going and back (140km total), we decided to remain in Trelew and we had to pay the taxi to the airport .(the turist company Huinca has saved the money but did not organize the transport to the airport : 10 minutes).
- On January 27th in the program was not pointed out the we would have to pay the National park again.
- In Buenos Aires we would expect to meet someone of your agency .

The best one was in Iguazu and also the one in Buenos Aires was very peculiar hotel in a good position.

Iguazu: we suggest to put in your program the vist of the park of Aves, in the Brasilian side which we found it very very interesting.
The two days of the Glacier park
The Torres del Pine
The 2 days of Peninsula Valdes

We found very good the guide of Iguazu (Mariel) and the two of Peninsula Valdes.
we have asked to put in the program El Chalten. 2 days are very few and it is very difficult to see the mountains so it is better to spend an additional day in Torres del Pine

For sure we will suggest your Company to eventual person who intend to travel to Argentina.

Thanks for your support and for all the information you gave us during our trip.
All the best

Moioli x 4 (Sandra Michela Dario and Silvio)
