BUENOS AIRES, IGUAZU FALLS & RIO – 9 Days

Visit Iguazu Falls, Christ the Reedemer in Rio & Buenos Aires

Discover Argentina and Brazil’s highlights -Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janeiro. The two most alluring cities of South America and its greatest natural wonder, Iguazu Falls, offer exciting nightlife, sexy tango & samba, as well as the most spectacular waterfalls in the world!

Day 1 – Travel to Argentina: Discover Buenos Aires

Welcome to Argentina!
Capital of Argentina and described as the Paris of South America, Buenos Aires proudly embraces this title, as well as shows off plenty of its own culture! Explore the traditional European architecture, the cobbled streets lined with rustic outdoor cafes, the local antique and artesanal markets that offer plenty of bargain shopping, and the mouthwatering aroma of prized Argentine beef sizzling on an open “parrilla” (barbeque) in the air. Buenos Aires is home to some excellent local designers and you will certainly find the perfect leather jacket, long leather boots and handbags for all occasions. Though above all, Buenos Aires is known as the home of the tango. Be sure to enjoy a traditional dinner-tango show and explore the colorful San Telmo and Recoleta neighborhoods.

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires you will be met at the airport and have a transfer in private to your hotel.

You will have the rest of the day to enjoy this vibrant city, leaving you the remainder of the day to explore the historic neighborhoods and enjoy the cafe culture of Buenos Aires.

Day 2 – Buenos Aires City Tour & Tango Show

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to enjoy our City Tour. Over the course of a half day you will have the chance to visit the historical and political centre of the city, San Telmo, with its cobblestone streets, La Boca, where Buenos Aires turns colorful and tango is ever present, and the chic and aristocratic Recoleta, where the big palaces remind us that Buenos Aires was once the Paris of the South.

Duration: 4-5 hours.

In the evening you will be picked up from your hotel (shared service) to be driven to one of Buenos Aires’ most emblematic cultural highlights: a Dinner and Tango Show offering a spectacular demonstration of the finest local dancing accompanied by delicious Argentine cuisine and all the malbec you’d like. At the end of the evening you will be driven back to your hotel.

wanted to write to you to say that we had an excellent time & the whole trip was extremely well organised.

Hi Vera

We got back from our holiday yesterday & I wanted to write to you to say that we had an excellent time & the whole trip was extremely well organised.

Our tour guides, of Vanessa in Buenos Aires, Gaston in Iguazu (Argentina), Margarita in Iguazu (Brazil) & Paolo (Rio) were all fantastic in their own ways
Vanessa`s insight & Gaston`s background of working in the park, were exceptional

The sights we saw of Igauzu Falls & the Rio Carnival were amazing (the hotels were all great & the flights were fine)

Thank you very much for helping to organise our trip !

Kind Regards

Luke

Overall Say Hueque did a fantastic job

Evening Patty,

I am doing really well although definitely missing the beautiful countries I had the chance to see on my trip. Sorry I didn't respond to your last email but it went into my junk mail for some reason and I didn't see it until this email arrived. To answer your earlier question, I took a look and I paid $500 Argentinian pesos for the Gran Aventura boat ticket.

Regarding the rest of the trip, it was fantastic! To answer your questions:

-My favourite hotel was the location in Buenos Aires. The open-air hallway with the vines that walked into a beautiful courtyard was definitely more unique than a large chain hotel where many people stay where travelling. I loved that you used small local boutique hotels which really gave you a feel for the culture and the city that I was visiting

-As for the most memorable place I visited, it has to be Igauzu Falls. A fantastic tour guide in such a beautiful setting made for a very memorable stop, I couldn't have imagined not seeing it when I was travelling

-The best part of travelling with your organization was that everything was taken care of for me. As soon as I arrived in a city, I was told the itinerary for the time I was staying there which made it an extremely simple and stress free vacation. The only thing I would suggest was that I wasn't told that I would receive a breakdown of each leg of my trip once I arrived in my next city. It would just take the confusion out of it as I was wondering how I was suppose to get my tickets, rides, etc when I started on the journey.

Overall Say Hueque did a fantastic job and I will absolutely go on Trip Advisor to give you a fantastic rating as you created a very memorable trip for me that I couldn't have even imagined on my own. For photos, I added a bunch to my blog site so feel free to use any of them that I have posted: https://hueging.wordpress.com

If you need any more information from me, please be in touch.

All the best!
Katrina

The best of traveling with you is that you made it easy for us to get the journey exactly the way we wanted, tailormade for our wishes and needs.

i Vanesa,

We are now back i Norway.

Here is our feedback regarding Say Hueque:

Which hotel did you like the most?

The hotel we liked the most is L'Hotel Palermo. This hotel was located in, by our means, the nicest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires. We also like the atmosphere, a free space in the middle of a big city. Nice rooms and great breakfast. Also not too far from subway so we easily could get around.

Which was your favorite excursion?

By no doubt the Iguazu Falls. Both Argentinian and Brazilian side since they showed in different ways. This is the most incredable place I've ever been.

What was the best of traveling with us?

The best of traveling with you is that you made it easy for us to get the journey exactly the way we wanted, tailormade for our wishes and needs. Friendly and helpful employees that met us all the places.

Is there anything you think could be improved?

We did not like so much the eager to take photos when we were on the tango show. We were disturbed in the middle of our meals to have photos with the dancers. And also the food there was not to great. We had looked very much forward to a real Argentinian beef, but this was not very tasteful.

Enclosed you will find a couple of pictures.

Thank you very much for the receipe for empanandas!

Kind regards, Hilde
