IGUAZU FALLS – Power of Nature

Visit Iguazu Falls, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature - 2 days

Visit the Iguazu Falls in a different way. Accompanied by a naturalist guide and staying in a jungle lodge this tour will give you the chance to experience the waterfalls focusing in the natural environment.

Day 1 –Travel to Iguazu Falls: Argentinean Side

Welcome to Iguazu!

The little and relaxing town is the gate to visit the impressive Iguazu Falls, (which have been recently declared as one of the New Seven Natural Wonders!), making them a must see destination for any traveler visiting Argentina.

Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and provided a private transfer to your hotel. From here our driver and guide will pick you up drive you to the National Park, on the Argentinean side.

Our naturalist guide will provide you not just with information, also helping you to spot birds, insects and other animals around!

The falls are surrounded by humid subtropical forest where the exuberant vegetation is house of different animals and offers some superb tropical bird watching. Tanagers, antbirds, toucans, manakins, parrots, trogons and tyrant flycatchers will thrill you.

Lower and upper walkways permit up close and personal experiences with this magnificent spectacle of nature. Trails through the 210 square mile reserve provide visitors with various views of the Falls, especially the largest one, Devil’s Throat. The ecological train ride is included in the visit.

After walking, spotting birds and taking pictures of animals and plants, you will make a stop to have a pic nic in this amazing environment.

When the energy is refilled our guide will take you into another marvelous adventure, the “Aventura Nautica”, in which the Iguazu boat trip takes you right up to the base of the Falls.

In this exciting excursion is highly recommended to experience the true power of Iguazu Falls. (Please be aware- on the boat trip there is a 100% chance that you will get wet…the Falls provide a refreshing “natural shower”. Be sure to take some extra clothes)

This day will be a real adventure, full of thrills and spills, and is an absolute must for the adventurer at heart.

Here you will have the chance to complete your experience with probably the best panoramic views. Take your time to enjoy it and feel it. We are sure this is a day you will never forget.

“Brazil requires that most tourists have a visa to visit the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. Please check with the Brazilian Consulate to ensure that you have the appropriate visa before traveling or you will not be allowed to enter Brazil. For example- US citizens, Canadians & Australians (as well as other nationalities) need a visa to visit the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls.”

Today, you can choose to extent your travels purchasing any of our available offers in Brazil, Patagonia or the Andes area. Or just go back to Buenos Aires. The private transfer to the airport is included.

We only used your services for our 2 day excursion to Iguauzu Falls, but that was the highlight of our trip to Argentina!

Hi Patty,

Say Hueque was recommended to us from our hotel in Buenos Aires, Casasur Bellini. We only used your services for our 2 day excursion to Iguazu Falls, but that was the highlight of our trip to Argentina!

We only stayed at one hotel on our trip with you, the Amerian Portal del Iguazu. While it was in a scenic
location to view the Iguazu River pour into the Parana River, and our room did have a nice view of this, the hotel itself was not that great. The facility needs to be updated. You can see wear and tear everywhere. The only way to turn on the lights in our room was to insert TWO keycards into the slot by our front door and even then lightbulbs were not working. The breakfast was very minimal. I did not even see an option for espresso coffee. I wish you had offered different tiers of hotels to choose from at different points. It would have been nice to have the option tos stay at the Melia Hotel in the national park or at the pink hotel on the Brazil side of the falls.

Our guide was very helpful. Our plane from Buenos Aires was late due to storms in the area. Our guide quicky ushered us out of the airport and right to the falls so we could get as much time as possible there with limited time remaining in the day. On the second day, we were running late to get to the airport due to long lines at the Brazil/Argentina border and our driver had the forethought to get our boarding passes ahead of time. Nice job!

In addition to providing more hotel options, I would like to see more air options. We were booked in economy but luckily we were both Sky Priority members and therefore were able to get better seats and carry more luggage. Had we not been elite members, we would have had luggage and seat issues.

Paul

Thanks for all your help!

Hello Say Hueque!

Tango Inn Club was friendly and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help me after I lost my backpack. But their is a big problem with electricity failures in Iguazu, and Tango Inn does not have strong enough generator back up like the other hotels. So frequent blackouts during the night and no Aircon which was very uncomfortable in those tropical conditions.

Thanks for all your help.

Hi!

I have to congratulate your organisation. It was perfect, everything on time, nice friendly people. It was only one change, due to the stormy weather in BA on Saturday, so we have landed on Ezeiza instead at Aeroparco. Just one caĺl to your 24/7 number and everything was sattled. The driver was already coming to pick me up. Excellent!! (VALDI)

I have only one comment that I have tould also to the guide in Mendoza. I think his name is Sergio. The wine tour was pour. When tasting different wines you should get a piece of bread between one wine and another. In first winery we have got at least water, but in the second Vistandes we have had to taste red wine in the same glass as before white one, without any water to clean the glass and mouth. And they were rushing us as well.

The olive oil tour in Pasrai was very nice and very good. I am writing this just for you to know, because this was not only my opinion. (HUENTATA) In total I am really pleased that I have got recommandation to use your company and I will recommend it further to my friends if needed.

Regards, Nevenka
