Today you will have the day at leisure to enjoy at your own peace the full Argentinian side of the Iguazú falls where you will have intimate views of this unforgettable section of the Iguazú River. The location of your hotel will allow you to explore by yourself the hidden gems of this unique National Park and take your time not just to look at the falls, also to feel them. We highly recommend to stay in the park for at least 6 hours.
The falls are surrounded by a humid subtropical forest where the exuberant vegetation is home to many different animals and birds: ant birds, toucans, manakins, parrots, coatis, just to name a few of the most common birds. Lower and upper walkways weave in and around falls permitting up close and personal experiences with this magnificent spectacle of nature. The Argentinian side of the falls is filled with a myriad of paths and walkways and stairways which allow you to have an experience from many different perspectives. You will have the chance to meet “The Devil’s throat”: the largest of the falls and for many the most spellbinding. To get to the “Devil’s throat” you take the ecological train and then walk out along boardwalks. The ecological train is included for all those visiting the park, and will allow you to move between the different areas. After walking and taking pictures of animals and plants, you will have some free time to eat lunch in this amazing environment. This exciting visit is highly recommended in order to experience the true power of Iguazú falls.

Would you love to have a “Great Adventure”? If you feel really adventurous, we recommend that you add on the “Gran Aventura” tour. Take an open air jeep through the rainforest and then a zodiac open air boat ride up the river to the base of the falls. There is a 100% chance that you will get soaking wet on the “Gran Aventura” boat trip, the falls provide a refreshing “natural shower”. Be sure to take some extra clothes if you want to do this excursion).
