Almost time say adios to Argentina. I want to compliment you and Say Hueque for a really well designed and organized tour. I will recommend you to anyone I ever know who wants to experience your beautiful land.

The tour guides were all outstanding. Hotels were wonderful. Everything ran smoothly and I felt very safe.
I had e mailed Rodriques re my pick up to the airport this evening and asked if it were possible to be picked up at Clasico at 5.00pm instead of 5.30. I am leaving the hotel now but will check my iPad at 4.00pm to see who will fetch me and what time.

Thank you, Ezequiel for being such a good contact person.

Sincerely,
Jenny Nelson.

P.S. Iguazu Falls are the most beautiful spot on earth!

I would definitely recommend Say Hueque to anyone planning a trip to Iguazu, and I would certainly look to them first for other trips.

I had chosen to contact Say Hueque to arrange a 2-day trip to Iguazu Falls based on the very strong reviews that I had read, and my wife and I were not disappointed. First, the planning of the trip, months in advance, was excellent, with very responsive staff answering my many questions and making the arrangements (including the excellent Loi Suites hotel) efficiently. And all of this was executed as well as is possible - from meeting us on our flight from Buenos Aires, to efficient transport and timing of our local guide and driver (which involved going over to Brazil on our arrival to see the Brazilian side, leading to passing through 4 border controls (those do take time, but our guide was very helpful in facilitating these)). The flights arranged by Say Hueque were exactly what we needed for our schedule, the hotel was wonderful, and, of course, the Falls are amazing. On our return flight to Buenos Aires to the domestic airport, Say Hueque arranged for a driver to take us to the international airport, and that went off perfectly. And Sergio at Say Hueque contacted us while we were traveling and followed us every step of the way making sure that all went well. I would definitely recommend Say Hueque to anyone planning a trip to Iguazu, and I would certainly look to them first for other trips.

Thanks much for your lines, please know that it has been truly a Wonderful trip, I have enjoyed every single moment of it, indeed a memorable one.

Dearest Rodrigo,

Thanks much for your lines, please know that it has been truly a Wonderful trip, I have enjoyed every single moment of it, indeed a memorable one.

Say Hueque was suggested by a dear Argentinian Friend of mine who leaves in Buenos Aires and who has used its services for her Italian side Family once.

The impeccable organization and attention to details (print out of the boarding passes for instance), as well as the genuine help towards my needs. Pick ups and transferts from Airports to hotels and viceversa much appreciated..... Customer service at its best. Bravo!

All of the hotels I stayed in were just fine, staff attitude in the different sites simply awesome. Just one consideration for the Hotel in El Chalten : Pudu Lodge, room was fine indeed, as well as the hotel, just the cleanliness of the room was a minor inconvenient, not very accurate!.

I really cannot say which was my favorite excursion, merely because every single one was unique. I have appreciated the ones in Ushuaia (trekking and paddling in the National Park, Mathias the guide was great and kind), also the Cruise in the Beagle Channel has been one of the highlights, Cristofer the guide was indeed knowledgeable and I personally felt his passion and love for his job, that came across nicely... The Perito Moreno excursion was another Great excursion, Daniela the Guide really, really helpful and very competent..... I also would like to higlight the suggestions from your team (Vera and Yuna) during the preparation of the travel agenda, with regards the El Chalten's selfguided excursions, their suggestions were great (Trekking to Laguna Torre etc....). Also the Waterfalls in Iguazu were amazing, Cesar the guide, was indeed funny and passionate, I really liked him too.

and last but not least (this is why I wanted to save it for the last bit) a particular thank you goest to Rodrigo, a truly passionate, enjoable and knowledgeable individual who had given me one of the most intimate and personal felt tour during this trip (BA city tour).

It has been just Terrific!!!

Rio and Iguazu Falls were amazing

Hello Patricia,

Please see below for our feedback.

Rick Ricart of ITTWORLD recommended you as his agency does not work in that part of the world. Both Rio and Iguazu Falls were amazing and all hotels were very good. Our favorite excursion was the visit of Iguazu falls from the Argentinian side. All the guides were very good.

One suggestion: It would have been better to be picked up at the airport and go directly to theBrazilian side of Iguazu Falls PRIOR to checking into the hotel in order to avoid going through Immigration to go back to the Brazilian side after entering Argentina to check into the Sheraton. It would have saved a lot of time and aggravation at the Brazilian Border. Otherwise, all aspects of the trip were very good.

Thanks,
Daniel

Seamless transitions through each destination with pick up, hotel, tour etc.

Hi Vanessa,

We had a great trip and please see comments below:

We saw good reviews of Say Hueque on Trip Advisor and all other travel agency seemed more expensive for the similar itineraries we were interested in. Sara used the "Contact Us" link on your website to ask 2 distinctive questions but received generic replies from Lucia and Veronica. Specific answers would have been more appreciated. But when Tom contacted Patricio he replied with specific answers to our questions so we ended up communicating only with him and he has been responsive and helpful.

All hotels recommended and we ultimately selected were good. We chose EcoCamp ourselves specifically and paid good money for it, but it is the most unique and memorable. The hotel offered by Say Hueque in El Calafate "Madre Tierra" is clean, quiet and in a good location. We enjoyed it very much.

We asked to include EcoCamp into the itinerary and Patricio worked it out so it is much appreciated. However, we had to take the bus all the way to Puerto Natales to be picked up by EcoCamp. The pick up from Puerto Natales was a waste of time only to have a short visit in the office and have a lunch. Then a short 30-min visit to Cuerva De Mylodon was thrown in to make up for it we guess. But we lost at least 3-4 hours. We could have been picked up at the border crossing and go directly to EcoCamp. We wouldn't have cared for the lunch. At the end we arrived at EcoCamp at 7:30pm, nearly 12 hours on the road; while the way back we arrived back in El Calafate before 12pm with a drop off from EcoCamp directly at the border. We know this could be a requirement from EcoCamp, not by Say Hueque, but for future guests you may work it out with EcoCamp better?

Also, we were shocked to be asked to throw away fresh fruits, nuts and sandwiches when entering Patagonia and to Chile. This may be a known fact for Argentinians but many other travelers were equally surprised. For Say Hueque to put a notice in the itinerary, similar to what you reminded us for the National Park Entrance Fees, would be helpful and to avoid unnecessary food waste.

We really wanted to do the Mini Trekking in addition to the Perito Moreno excursion offered by Say Hueque. But it will mean we return to the park again and do some of the activities again. Is there anyway Say Hueque can combine the two? Our return from Moreno trip was 2:30pm so we could have stayed much longer with the summer long days. We would much prefer to do the mini trek in the morning, then a boat trip, then the walk on the walkways.

But thank you for a wonderful trip when we have time we will update tripadvisor for you.

Tom and Sara

The best of traveling with you was the immediate responses we got from the very beginning of the planning all the way through the entire trip. We were able to make a last minute change and you made sure it went through.

Dear Patty,

Thank you for being available when we needed clarifications on our trip!!! Knowing you were a text away was very comforting.

We do not remember where we found you. We had used you for booking airline tickets on our trip to Argentina. Our friends also booked the tickets with you and some tour in Iguassu Falls. All those arrangements were good so we contacted you again.

The best of traveling with you was the immediate responses we got from the very beginning of the planning all the way through the entire trip. We were able to make a last minute change and you made sure it went through.

All the hotels were fine. Cannot really say one stood out.
Same thing with excursions. They varied somewhat and the guides were very different. We really did enjoy the morning tour we added in Atacama although the climb up the hill was a bit of a challenge.

Each guide was very different. Some were better than others but no one stood out as do not use again.

There was a different way to see penguins. Might have tried that now that we know the Magdalena Island tour is often cancelled due to weather.

Do you think we should post on the Argentina site at Trip Advisor. We were in Chile. Not sure which forum to use. What would you suggest?

Kind regards,

Barbara

Our trip was TERRIFIC. Your team did everything exactly as planned!

Hi Sergio - Greetings from the United Airlines Business Lounge in Buenos Aires. Are trip was TERRIFIC. Your team did everything exactly as planned, allowing us to really enjoy our time in Iguazu and being sure of all arrangements (your driver who picked us up today at the domestic airport and drove us to EZE was very efficient!).

To answer your questions (and I will add a very positive review to Trip Advisor when I get a chance):

I did some searching on the web for tours to Iguazu and really liked the reviews I read about Say Hueque. Then, dealing with your staff was pretty easy, and they (and you) were very patient with all my questions - something I really appreciated. I especially appreciate your contacting us and watching over us for the past few days. This was a wonderful way to end our time in Argentina, at one of the most amazing wonders of the world with very efficient planes and execution, and a loverly hotel (with the best fish and beef we had on our whole trip to Chile and Argentina!). A few months ago, when I had to get our Brazilian visas, I needed to get a copy of our flight itinerary, and I was impressed that I received it within hours! Great work!

I can’t think of anything to improve, but I’ll think about it (by the way, our guides suggestions for local fish and local drinks were terrific).

Here is one photo, and I’ll send another panorama.

Just posted a review on Trip Advisor. Here’s another photo - I hope it will make it as it’s a big panorama,

Alan

For sure we will suggest your Company to eventual person who intend to travel to Argentina. Thanks for your support and for all the information you gave us during our trip.

Dear Patty
as per your request, please find our comments.

We found Say Hueque looking in internet when we decided our trip to Argentina. We have choosen your company becouse of best offer/prices and good information we found .

Generally the organization has been good but we would like to point out the following:
- The hotel in Ushuaia was too far from the center and we were obliged to take taxi.
- Two days with canoeing was too much, in fact the second day we prefered to walk .
- The hotel in Calafate was not good: room too small - the safety box did not work and they did not fix it - after 3 days they did not change the towels - the breakfast was very minimal .
- when we arrived at the Trelew airport, there was not the pick up to the hotel.
- your program on the 2nd february was: Puerto Madryn hotel/Punta Tombo/Puerto Madryn/ Trelew airport. In order to avoid going and back (140km total), we decided to remain in Trelew and we had to pay the taxi to the airport .(the turist company Huinca has saved the money but did not organize the transport to the airport : 10 minutes).
- On January 27th in the program was not pointed out the we would have to pay the National park again.
- In Buenos Aires we would expect to meet someone of your agency .

The best one was in Iguazu and also the one in Buenos Aires was very peculiar hotel in a good position.

Iguazu: we suggest to put in your program the vist of the park of Aves, in the Brasilian side which we found it very very interesting.
The two days of the Glacier park
The Torres del Pine
The 2 days of Peninsula Valdes

We found very good the guide of Iguazu (Mariel) and the two of Peninsula Valdes.
we have asked to put in the program El Chalten. 2 days are very few and it is very difficult to see the mountains so it is better to spend an additional day in Torres del Pine

For sure we will suggest your Company to eventual person who intend to travel to Argentina.

Thanks for your support and for all the information you gave us during our trip.
All the best

We highly appreciate the smooth organization that you provided, and also some nice details, such as the Mate bowl that your colleague Adrian Elosegui sent us!

Hola Vanesa
Sorry to keep you waiting with my answers

Recommendation of Mr. Aschi Widmer, Bern, who organized our trip to Galapagos.
Nice hotels and impressive tours that you recommended to us.
Sheraton Iguazu Hotel: breathtaking location (Casa Sur Bellini Hotel was also very nice, and offered very friendly service).
Iguazu Argentinian side + Gran Aventura; Fiesta Gaucha at El Ombu were our favorites excursions.
Time coordination for El Ombu tour: We were informed by phone that departure would be 10:00 instead of 9:00, but Signature then nevertheless sent the bus at 9:00 to pick us up – got a bit of a rush, and kept other passengers waiting…

We highly appreciate the smooth organization that you provided, and also some nice details, such as the Mate bowl that your colleague Adrian Elosegui sent us!
We will also give a positive feedback to Aschi Widmer, who recommended Say Hueque to us, and organizes trips to South America.

Best regards and thanks again

Ursula & Rolf
