(5 / 5)We really enjoyed our South American tour because of your advice
Already one month is passed after I come back to Korea.
One month tour is little bit difficult for us, so now we recovered from the tour fatigue.
I received your refund, thank you very much for that.
We really enjoyed South American tour because of your advice .
I am going to introduce your tour company to my friends who want to go to South America.
Some advice to your company;
- there's park fee in the easter island
- there's no airport taxes at La Paz (Bolivia) and El Calafate and Ushuaia (Argentina) Airport.
Please check the newest information about these items
Our next tour is Nothern Europe , Greece , and Morocco and Sahara desert.
If you have any connection to these area, please let me know the informations.
Thank you very much.
(5 / 5)I felt that everything was taken care of... it was really one of the easiest experiences I have had
First I would like to say what a brilliant country I think Argentina is. I felt safe and welcome everywhere I went and enjoyed it a lot.
While in Patagonia I felt that everything was taken care of and it was really one of the easiest experiences I have had. Pickups, drop offs, calls, excellent guides and drivers. I have already recommended it to friends.
I also fell in love with BA and the highlights there were San Telmo, cafe tortoni and teatro colon. I also went across to Montevideo too but wish I had had more time in Argentina. I think next time I will head north :)
Thanks for all of the help and work put in to it. Torres del Paine was one of the most amazing places I have ever been and I LOVED the cordero patagonico in El calafate.
Please send my thanks to the team at huellas del sur, they were fantastic. Particularly Constanza and jorgito (perito Moreno) and mattius and Christian (Torres del Paine). ( I hope I spelt their names correctly!!)
(5 / 5)We had a great time in Argentina, enjoying both Buenos Aires and the amazing Iguazu Falls
We had a great time in Argentina, enjoying both Buenos Aires and the amazing Iguazu Falls. We are back home now, though Claudia is in Brazil this week.
Thank you for organising all the arrangements, everything went very smoothly and the restaurant recommendations were very good. All pick ups were on time, friendly and helpful, making the whole trip so much easier. When we come back to Argentina, and we will, we will definitely use you . Thank you for the wine list and recipe, we certainly enjoyed the food and wine we had and will look out for these in the UK.
(5 / 5)Iguazu was superb and all the connections went well
Currently in Lima on the way home. Iguazu was superb & all the connections went well.
I can't say LAN is too good. All the rest of the experience was 6 stars out of 5!!
(5 / 5)I had a wonderful time in Argentina with your help
Thank you for your kindly email.
I had wonderful time in Argentina with your help.
I am really impressed by your service.
I would recommend your company to anyone who wants to travel to Argentina.
All the pickups were punctual!!!
Everything was so well organized!
Quite decent hotels with good location.
I did not like Fudd Lodge very much but the location was great and that was what I asked for.
Ecocamp was great!!!
I appreciate what you had done for me!!
Thank you again for the trip and for the recipe!
(5 / 5)It was all perfectly organized... to be honest, beyond our expectations
Thank you for contacting us and taking care of our trip :-). All participants of the trip are back home now. Ligua and Felipe in Buenos Aires and me and Fredy in Prague. It is very hard getting back to reality after visiting such amazing places in Patagonia.
I would like to thank you from everyone´s side as it was all perfectly organized, to be honest beyond our expectation!!!!!! The only small dissapointment was the Island of Magdalena, which had to be canceled due to a bad weather - unpredictable Patagonia :-). This situation was very well handled by the local agent Kipaventour and offered us additional solution. Me and Fredy had a chance and not miss out penguins at la Isla Martillo on the last day of our stay :-)
Each hotel had something special (great staff, customer service, rooms clean).
Best for us:
Erratic Rock B&B - very friendly staff, appreciated possibility of cooking, perfect breakfasts, our men appreciated the scrambled eggs
Kau Kaleshen - El Calafate - great rooms, delicious dinner and tango
Hosteria Pudu Lodge - El Chalten - the best of the best for all of us
What we liked about Say Hueque? - your approach, custumer service, you cooperate with the great local agencies.. Well done, your websites are right YOU ARE THE BEST..
I will definitively recommend you to others :-)
As the part of our family live in Buenos Aires we will be visiting Argentina a lot in the future and for sure contacting you.
Once again we had a lovely time. Thanks a lot for everything (recipes for empanadas :-)

(5 / 5)We had a great time all along the tour
Yes...unfortunatelly we are back in rome to our usual life:-(
Our last day in BA has been...what to say...long! We walked up and down the city and it is very fascinating! It kind of a bohemienne city isn't it?
We had a great time all along the tour and your support before and during it has been preocous...thank you for that (i'll write henry as well).
What to say about the structures...the one in el calafate has been great! I liked the "atmosphere"...it perfectly fit with the landscape and the staff was very easy going and helpful (i value this very much). With regards to the Las torres hotel my personal opinion is that it seems TOO MUCH cliche for (USA??) tourists...
Don't get me wrong...the landscape is astonishing and the service is very good...it just seems that everything is a little..artificial...i don't know if you got what I mean!
Excursion were great both in el calafate and in chile!
Really thanks again for everything!

(4 / 5)Thank you for creating a very special travel experience for us
Apologies for delayed reply. Thank you for assisting us in getting to the airport at an earlier time for our departure. I appreciate your request for feedback. Overall, the trip was really good. Unfortunately, our time in Rio was somewhat disappointing for the following reasons:
The man, Paolo, who picked us up at the airport, made no attempt to help Jeff or I with any of our belongings. He was parked quite a distance away and walked quite a distance away from us. I was not bothered by this but it did bother Jeff. Every other private service pick up offered to assist us without hesitation. Paolo gave us a referral to a restaurant where the food was truly substandard and where there were bugs all over the restroom. As you know our tour days in Rio were reversed. On Saturday we did the Sugar Loaf tour with Gentile from 9AM-12Noon. This was really fun. On Sunday, we had the Jeep tour to Corcovada and Tijuca Forest. The tour guide that we had, we could not decipher his name, spoke in a manner that was barely understandable by any of us on the jeep (there were 8 of us). From the little bit we understood, he did a lot of talking about where he lived, why he liked where he lived, and other information that was not relevant to the tour. Another couple sitting next to us, from Denmark, felt exactly as we did and simply gave up trying to understand or listen to him. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating for Jeff and I. It made what could have been a lovely and informative tour barely tolerable. I must say, after having read so many fine reviews of Say Hueque, I was shocked that this would have occurred. Lastly, our hotels were adequate. In the last hotel, Martinique Copa, we had a double “superior room”. The room was tiny and the mattress on the bed truly felt like wood. This made it difficult to sleep or feel comfortable at night.
This feedback is offered to support Say Hueque's interest in improving their services.
We did enjoy our stay in Buenos Aires. The hotel and tour were excellent. For me, the highlight of the trip was Iguazu National Park! Spectacular from both sides!!! Our tour guide Grace, was positively superb!!!! The hotel accommodations were also very good.
The best restaurant we ate in during our trip was across the street from The St. George Hotel in Puerto Iguazu. I will have to get the name from Jeff.
It was a pleasure to meet you Carolina. We appreciated your accessibility and assistance at all points during our trip. Thank you for creating a very special travel experience for Jeff and I.

(5 / 5)I was extremely pleased with all the arrangements and service that Say Hueque provided
I'm home now and thought I would sit down and write an e-mail about our trip. Overall, it was fabulous!! We had much better weather than we could reasonably have expected, with no rain on hiking days and some clear blue skies for the "classic" hikes to Laguna Los Tres and Torres del Paine. I couldn't believe our good fortune.
There were a couple of minor glitches but, overall, everything went very smoothly. Below are some comments and feedback, in order of our itinerary -
The flight to El Calafate was on time but we almost missed our transfer from the airport into town. One of our pieces of luggage was one of the last off the plane and when we got out to the lobby there was no-one from Huellas del Sur to be seen. Fortunately, I asked one of the other travel agents there if they had seen a Huellas del Sur representative and they went out and caught them just as they were getting ready to drive off. They hadn't waited long enough to make sure all the passengers had come out of baggage claim so almost drove off without us. Oops.
The bus to El Chalten was great - they stored our bags while we walked around until the evening departure and the bus was comfy and had a great view from the upper level!
Hotel Senderos in El Chalten was comfortable, though the rooms were a litle stuffy. Other than that, the rooms, the food in the restaurant, the friendly and helpful staff, the location - all were wonderful.
Our bus ride from El Chalten back to El Calafate was less comfortable - it was a very full van and a tight squeeze, not nearly as nice as the El Chalten Travel bus.
We LOVED the staff at Patagonia Rebelde but would recommend against anyone booking there - the rooms were VERY noisy. The floors and doors were loud and creaky, the walls thin so we could hear snoring from next door, we could hear conversations in the lobby from our second floor room. Next to impossible to get a good night's sleep.
The tour to El Perito Moreno was wonderful and our guide was fabulous. My memory is failing me but I believe her name may have been Nadia. She was informative, super friendly and gracious.
The transfer to Torres del Paine was fun - lots of great scenery and wildlife. Matthias, our guide, was informative but not all that friendly. Definitely not gracious.
My favorite hotel was Hotel Las Torres, it was definitely the best, by far. We didn't know what time our driver would pick us up for transfer to Lago Grey but the hotel staff made the necessary call and sorted that out.
Our driver in Torres del Paine, from Hotel Las Torres to Lago Grey and also from Lago Pehoe to Puerto Natales was Guido and he was wonderful.
And, finally, both the hotel in Puerto Natales, the bus trip back to El Calafate and our final transfer to the airport were all on time and comfortable. And the driver from the El Calafate bus station to the airport provided our online boarding passes which was really helpful.
All in all, I was extremely pleased with all the arrangements and service that Say Hueque and Huellas del Sur provided - I would definitely recommend both to anyone traveling to Patagonia! Thanks for a great trip!!
(5 / 5)One of the best trips of my life
I am so sorry for my late reply.
You do not have to apologize since you just made one of my dreams come true, i.e. seeing the wonderful landscapes of your Country.
I managed to arrive at the hotel, so...no problem.
On the contrary, I apologize for the first inconvenience when I arrived, do you remember? That poor driver waiting for me for 2 hours...when I realized what was going on I felt so ashamed...
So it is fine for me; by the way, I thank you for explaining me what happened.
I came there after seeing an exhibition named "Genesis", by Sebastiao Salgado (the photographer) in Milan; as I saw the picture of Perito Moreno glacier I told my friends: I want to go there!
And that is what I did. I found your agency, I kept in touch with you and your colleagues and had one of the best trips of my life.
If I had to give to SayHueque a score, I would give you the maximum rate.
You were always on time, at the right place in the exact moment you planned.
All the excursions I made were perfectly planned, I found lovely tour guides and the accomodations...Wow!
I actually cannot choose the best one, since all of them were extremely clean, with lovely people well located.
Maybe the Posada Jacaranda in Iguazù was the most beautiful...but just because I had a four-bed room only for me :-)
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you, or perhaps some more info you would like to share with me.
Many many thanks again,
